eCommerce UK imports your product feed every day in a totally automatic way, taking data from the csv / xml file that you have defined in your settings or from the e-commerce platform you have connected.
It can sometimes happen that the feed or the platform are not reachable due to various problems not always related to the subjects involved and for this reason our systems make several attempts until the feed becomes available again.
If this does not happen and the file or the platform are no longer reachable, the system suspends the automatic import until there is a manual action by the merchant.
If your import has been suspended, enter the Settings and click on the Product Data Feed menu, edit the URL of the CSV / XML feed by entering a valid one or reconnect the e-commerce platform.
The system will try to import the products from the new source, restarting the daily automatic imports.
